Immanuel Lutheran Preschool strives to nurture the spiritual and professional development of our staff. We select staff members who have a love of children and a passion to help each child succeed. All of our teachers and staff meet the qualifications set by the State of Illinois and are required to have:
- At least 6 hours of Early Childhood college level course work
- Local and Federal background screening
- 15 hours of continuing education per year
- CPR and First Aid Training
Each classroom is staffed by a lead teacher and assistant teachers as required by Illinois DCFS guidelines.
